Baby toes
Weekend project: I painted some high-contrast pictures for little Starfish. (Major did the dragon though!) I’ll have to do some touch ups to cover up splotches, and I haven’t decided if I’ll cut them apart or hinge them together.
I’m still on Christmas break, so I snuck over to my mom’s house with little starfish to watch my recording of The Holiday Dating Guide on Lifetime! It’s funny and adorable, and my baby matches the Christmas onesie scene, which I think makes her the official mascot…just saying. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Looking forward to more @brentmbailey movies! #holidaydatingguide
It’s finals week, and even though I’m on maternity leave, I have to grade students’ work so they get credit (or not) for their work (or lack thereof), so this is my office for the next week. In possibly related news, my husband is on an errand to get me some hard liquor.
Husband had the brilliant idea of playing D&D with minifigs, and changing the face on mine almost takes the sting out of rolling a critical failure.
Our rainbow baby is four weeks old. Yesterday my teen brother whispered, “She’s so precious.” And she is. It’s so sweet to see him and my dad just melting over her 🥹
